Auburn Party Bus Rentals Made Easy
Montgomerypartybuscompany.com is a quote-comparison website — not a transportation company, not a motor carrier, and not a bus operator. It does not own any vehicles or provide transportation itself. What it does is make it genuinely easy to find group transportation options in Auburn and across Alabama: fill out one short form with your trip details, and you'll see vehicles, photos, and pricing from transportation providers serving your area — all without creating an account, waiting on a callback, or spending 45 minutes describing your trip to five different companies one by one.
Auburn is a college town through and through, which means group travel here follows a rhythm entirely its own — packed game-day weekends on Donahue Drive, graduation weekends that book the entire city solid, and Greek life events that overlap with SEC schedule dates. Montgomerypartybuscompany.com keeps a wide enough network to surface available vehicles even when demand spikes hard. Call 334-931-0130 any time of day or use the online tool to see what's available for your date right now — no obligation, no account required.

Choose the Auburn Bus Amenities You Need
Game-day groups heading to Jordan-Hare Stadium typically love a party bus — color-changing LED lighting, wraparound perimeter seating, a premium Bluetooth sound system, and flat-panel TVs so the pregame energy doesn't stop when you board. For corporate shuttles between Auburn University Research Park and downtown hotels, a minibus with reclining seats and strong climate control is usually the cleaner fit. Charter buses headed to Talladega or Birmingham add undercarriage storage for gear and onboard restrooms for longer hauls without roadside stops.
Compare amenity-by-amenity right on the site, or call 334-931-0130 and a team member will help match the vehicle to your specific itinerary.

Amenities listed above are common features that MAY be available on party buses. Because we are a referral website and do NOT own or operate buses, exact features vary by vehicle, provider, and availability. How Much to Rent a Party Bus in Auburn?
Auburn party bus rental prices vary based on the vehicle you pick, your date, and how long you need it. As a planning reference: a 15–35 passenger minibus typically runs $200–$275 per hour on weekdays; a 25-passenger party bus runs roughly $275–$375 per hour on weekends; and a full charter bus generally starts around $200 per hour and scales from there. Per-day rates for a charter bus range from approximately $1,350 to $2,850 depending on the date and trip length.
These are planning ranges — your actual quote moves with demand, the specific vehicle, the hours booked, and the time of year. Auburn football Saturdays and graduation weekends push rates up significantly, and availability disappears fast on those dates. The fastest way to get a real number for your trip is to use the online form or call 334-931-0130 — pricing takes under a minute to pull up.
Check the party bus prices page for a full breakdown by vehicle type.

One Quick Search, Your Auburn Party Bus Options
Because Auburn is not a city where group transportation is easy to wing. Jordan-Hare Stadium holds over 88,000 people — one of the largest stadiums in college football — and on home game Saturdays, Donahue Drive, South College Street, and Shug Jordan Parkway congest hours before kickoff. Parking near the stadium is managed through Auburn University's official parking program, and lots near the stadium fill by mid-morning for major matchups.
If you're coordinating a group of any size on one of those dates, getting everyone to the same place at the same time without losing people in traffic is genuinely hard.
Montgomerypartybuscompany.com makes that problem simple. One form, one call, one place to compare every available vehicle for your date — party buses, charter buses, minibuses, Sprinter vans, and Sprinter limos — from a network of providers serving Auburn and the wider East Alabama region. No account needed, no callbacks required, and someone is available at 334-931-0130 every single day.
It's not limited to one fleet, which means even on SEC home game weekends when a single company might have nothing left, the broader network still has options to compare.
Auburn Party Bus & Charter Bus Services
From airport runs to Jordan-Hare tailgates to wedding shuttles between Auburn venues, Montgomerypartybuscompany.com can help you find the right vehicle for almost any group occasion. Explore the service categories below — or call 334-931-0130 and describe your trip to get a quote in minutes.

Auburn Airport Shuttles & Transportation
Auburn doesn't have a commercial airport of its own — Montgomery Regional Airport (MGM) sits about 55 miles west via US-80, and Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL) is roughly 110 miles east via I-85. For most Auburn groups flying into ATL, the stretch of I-85 between LaGrange and Auburn is straightforward on a weekday but can back up badly on football Fridays when westbound traffic clogs the corridor heading into town.
A charter bus or minibus handles the ATL-to-Auburn run cleanly — your whole group loads at baggage claim and rides together directly to your hotel or venue without splitting into separate rideshares that get separated in Atlanta airport traffic. For smaller groups flying into MGM, a Sprinter van or minibus covers the west-to-east run efficiently. Check the Montgomery airport transportation page for MGM-specific pickup logistics, or read the dedicated MGM shuttle guide.
Call 334-931-0130 to set up your airport transfer now.

Auburn Bachelor & Bachelorette Transportation
Auburn's downtown bar scene runs along and around Toomer's Corner — the intersection of College Street and Magnolia Avenue that anchors the city's nightlife. From there, a crawl through Skybar, Quixote's, and War Eagle Supper Club covers a solid stretch of the night without anyone needing to figure out parking or designated driving logistics. The problem: street parking near Toomer's on weekend nights is scarce, and rideshare availability after midnight in a college town is genuinely inconsistent.
A party bus rental for Auburn bachelor or bachelorette parties keeps the whole group on one vehicle from the first stop to the last — LED lighting, a sound system, and perimeter seating built in. The bus stages nearby while you're inside, and nobody has to manage the logistics of getting home at 2am. For groups coming in from Montgomery or Columbus for the weekend, a charter bus handles the drive in and out.
Call 334-931-0130 to lock in your date.

Auburn Birthday, Sweet 16, & Quinceañera Party Bus Rentals
A birthday party bus rental in Auburn turns what's typically a coordination nightmare — who's driving, where do we meet, how do we get everyone home — into a single solved problem. For a Sweet 16 or quinceañera, an arrival in a 20- or 25-passenger party bus sets the tone before the party even starts. Venues like The Depot at Opelika and banquet spaces near Auburn host milestone celebrations regularly, and a party bus pickup is a memorable detail that photo albums and group chats carry for years.
For adult milestone birthdays targeting Auburn's bar corridor or a night out in Columbus (about 35 miles south via US-280), a 15-passenger party bus is often the right size — big enough for the core group, nimble enough to navigate downtown Auburn streets. Party buses in the network typically come with color-changing LED lighting, Bluetooth audio, and flat-panel TVs. Call 334-931-0130 to compare available vehicles for your birthday date.

Auburn Concert Transportation & Shuttles
Auburn's main live music draw is Neville Arena (formerly Auburn Arena; 250 Beard-Eaves Court, Auburn, AL 36830), which hosts touring acts alongside Auburn Tigers basketball. Parking around the arena overlaps with the broader Auburn Athletics campus footprint — on major event nights, Donahue Drive and the Beard-Eaves-adjacent lots fill quickly and pedestrian traffic spills across the athletics campus. Rideshare pickups after a late show tend to queue up significantly, with surge pricing common when 8,000+ people exit at once.
An Auburn concert party bus rental sidesteps the post-show scramble entirely — your group loads at the arena and rides back to your hotel or next stop without standing in a rideshare queue in the dark. For larger shows at Walmart AMP or Oak Mountain Amphitheatre in the Birmingham corridor, a charter bus makes the drive out and back simple, with everyone on one vehicle instead of coordinating a car caravan on I-20. Call 334-931-0130 to check availability for your concert date.

Auburn Corporate Event Transportation
Auburn University is a major research institution, and the Auburn University Research Park (off Shug Jordan Parkway) hosts corporate tenants and conference events year-round. Getting a team of employees or conference attendees shuttled between the Research Park, Auburn University Hotel and Dixon Conference Center (241 S. College St., Auburn, AL 36849), and off-campus hotels without relying on everyone self-navigating unfamiliar campus roads is exactly the kind of logistical headache a minibus or charter bus dissolves.
A corporate transportation package through this site can cover a single day of conference shuttles, a multi-day executive retreat, or a recurring employee route between Auburn and Columbus or Montgomery. Minibuses with reclining seats and climate control are a strong fit for executive transfers; full charter buses handle large conference groups without leaving anyone behind. Call 334-931-0130 to build a custom corporate itinerary.

Auburn Private Event Transportation Services
Church retreats, family reunions, Greek chapter events, sorority formals, alumni weekend tours — Auburn generates a steady calendar of private group occasions that need transportation but don't fit neatly into a standard event category. A private event charter bus or party bus in Auburn is the straightforward answer: one vehicle, one pickup, everyone together, no one late because they missed a turn on Magnolia Avenue.
The Grand National Golf Course at Robert Trent Jones Golf Trail (3000 Robert Trent Jones Trl, Opelika, AL 36801) is a popular corporate and alumni outing destination about 10 miles east of campus. Getting a group of 20–30 golfers from Auburn to Grand National and back without a car caravan — especially after a round that ends with drinks at the clubhouse — is exactly what a minibus handles cleanly. For larger gatherings, a full charter bus carries the whole group without splitting anyone off.
Call 334-931-0130 to get a quote for your private event.

Auburn Homecoming & Prom Party Bus Rentals
Auburn City Schools and the surrounding Lee County school districts all hold proms within a tight spring window — typically late April through mid-May — and that overlap with the end of the Auburn University academic calendar creates real demand pressure on available vehicles. Book by January for any spring prom or homecoming event. Waiting until March or April on a popular Saturday means paying significantly more for whatever remains, or not finding anything in the size you need at all.
Montgomerypartybuscompany.com makes it easy to compare every available prom party bus option in Auburn by vehicle size, amenities, and price — no account needed, no commitment to compare. A 15- or 18-passenger party bus is a popular fit for prom groups, with LED lighting and a sound system already built in. Call 334-931-0130 right now to check what's available for your school's prom date before the window closes.

Auburn School Event & Field Trip Transportation
Auburn City Schools and Lee County Schools run field trips to destinations across Alabama, and a charter bus through Montgomerypartybuscompany.com handles the logistics that yellow school buses simply can't match for longer hauls. The Tuskegee Airmen National Historic Site (1616 Chappie James Ave., Tuskegee, AL 36083) sits about 30 miles southwest of Auburn — a completely manageable charter bus trip with reclining seats, overhead storage, and onboard restrooms on select vehicles so rest stop logistics don't eat into the field trip.
For Auburn school event and field trip transportation, charter buses with TV screens and PA systems keep students engaged on longer drives, and undercarriage storage handles everything from backpacks to science fair materials. ADA-accessible vehicles are available through the network — just flag it when requesting your quote. The earlier you book for spring semester field trips, the better the selection.
Call 334-931-0130 to confirm vehicle availability and get a quote for your school's date.

Auburn Sporting Event Transportation
Jordan-Hare Stadium (251 S. Donahue Dr., Auburn, AL 36849) is one of the loudest and most packed game-day environments in college football. On home Saturdays — especially for top-10 matchups or rivalry games like the Iron Bowl — the Auburn University campus becomes a logistical obstacle course. Parking on campus is managed through Auburn Athletics' official parking program, and surface lots in the core campus zone sell out weeks or months in advance for premium matchups.
The stretch of South Donahue Drive between Wire Road and Biggio Drive is officially closed to general vehicle traffic during game operations.
A charter bus rental for Auburn Tigers games changes the whole calculus: your group rides together from a central hotel or neighborhood pickup, gets deposited close to the stadium well before lot closures complicate the approach, and has a confirmed pickup point locked in for after the game — when rideshare queues stretch long and surge pricing spikes. For away game travel to Bryant-Denny Stadium in Tuscaloosa or to Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta, read the dedicated Jordan-Hare bus rental guide for a full breakdown. Call 334-931-0130 to secure your game-day vehicle before the date sells out.

Auburn Wedding Transportation & Shuttle Service
Auburn and the surrounding Lee County area have a strong wedding venue corridor — from the rustic barn settings east of the city toward Opelika to the formal spaces on and near the Auburn University campus. The Venue at Winkler Farm and NorthStar Church host large wedding receptions regularly, and the challenge every couple faces is the same: hotel room blocks are typically in the hotel corridor near I-85, and venues are scattered 5–15 miles away across roads guests aren't familiar with.
A wedding shuttle bus in Auburn runs a timed loop between the hotel block and the ceremony venue, then the reception, eliminating the need to name a designated driver or trust that 60 guests will find the venue on their own. For the bridal party, a 14-passenger Sprinter limo covers the bride-and-attendants pickup with clean, photo-ready style. Call 334-931-0130 well in advance — Auburn wedding Saturdays in spring and fall book fast, and losing your vehicle date is not the week-of surprise you want.

Auburn Winery Tour & Pub Crawl Transportation
Alabama's Cheaha Wine Trail runs through Cleburne and Talladega counties northeast of Auburn — a beautiful stretch of the Appalachian foothills that includes stops like Morgan Ridge Vineyards and Kinney Creek Vineyard. The drive from Auburn to the trail covers roughly 50–70 miles on two-lane county roads that twist through the mountains — not the kind of route you want to navigate after a tasting flight.
A winery tour bus rental from Auburn handles the drive in both directions so everyone can actually enjoy the tastings. For a pub crawl closer to campus, a 15- or 20-passenger party bus stages outside each stop on the Toomer's Corner corridor, so no one is left calculating rideshares or hunting for street parking on a Saturday night. Call 334-931-0130 to put together a custom winery or brewery tour itinerary for your group.

Frequently Asked Questions About Auburn Party Bus Rentals
How does this website work?
Montgomerypartybuscompany.com helps you compare bus rental options; it is not the bus company and does not rent, own, or operate vehicles. When you submit the quote form, your trip details go through a booking company so you can review pricing and available vehicles for your date. You compare the options and book through the process shown with your quote.
What is Montgomerypartybuscompany.com?
Montgomerypartybuscompany.com is a quote-comparison and referral website for group ground transportation in Alabama and beyond. It is not a bus company, does not own any vehicles, and does not operate any transportation itself. It connects you to options from independently owned transportation companies serving Auburn and the surrounding region — so instead of calling five companies to describe your trip five times, you fill out one form and compare vehicles, photos, and pricing from the network all in one place.
How does Montgomerypartybuscompany.com work?
Enter your trip details — date, group size, pickup location, and destination — into the quick online form or call 334-931-0130. You'll get pricing and vehicle options from providers in the network serving your area, viewable in under 30 seconds online. No account required, no commitment to compare, no long hold times.
If you want help narrowing down the options — vehicle size, amenities, multi-stop itineraries — call the number and a team member will walk you through it.
How much does a party bus cost in Auburn?
As a planning reference, Auburn party bus rentals in the network generally run $200–$350 per hour on weekdays for most vehicle types, with weekend rates for a 25-passenger party bus typically landing between $275–$375 per hour. Full-day charter bus rates start around $1,350 and scale based on the vehicle and the date. Auburn football Saturdays, Iron Bowl weekend, and graduation weekends all push pricing higher and compress availability — booking 3–6 months out on those dates is not overcautious, it's just realistic.
Call 334-931-0130 to get an exact quote for your specific trip.
Where do buses park or drop off at Jordan-Hare Stadium?
Auburn Athletics manages game-day parking through their official program, and the areas immediately around Jordan-Hare Stadium on South Donahue Drive are subject to road closures and restricted vehicle access on home game days. The specific lot assignments and commercial vehicle access points are governed by the university's game-day traffic management plan — check the official Auburn Athletics parking page before your game for current approach routes and designated bus areas. A charter bus drops the group at the designated commercial vehicle area instead of leaving everyone hunting for a parking spot that was gone by 9am.
How far is Auburn from Atlanta's Hartsfield-Jackson Airport?
Auburn sits approximately 110 miles west of Hartsfield-Jackson (ATL) via I-85 — roughly a 1.5 to 2 hour drive depending on Atlanta traffic, which is notoriously unpredictable on Friday afternoons and Sunday evenings when most travelers are landing. A charter bus or minibus handles the ATL-to-Auburn airport transfer as one clean group trip instead of splitting into multiple rideshares that get separated in terminal traffic and then face a two-hour highway drive separately. For Montgomery Regional Airport (MGM), the drive is about 55 miles west on US-80 — a straightforward connection for groups flying into the closer option.
Are there blackout dates or peak periods when booking is harder in Auburn?
Yes — and they're predictable enough that you can plan around them. Auburn home football Saturdays from September through November are the biggest demand spikes, particularly for top-25 matchups and the Iron Bowl (always the last Saturday in November). Auburn University graduation weekend in May fills the city's transportation capacity fast.
Greek formal season in spring and fall also concentrates demand on specific Saturdays. If your trip falls on any of those dates, booking 4–6 months out is the practical move. Waiting until 3 weeks before a home Iron Bowl game to look for a 40-passenger bus will almost certainly mean paying significantly more or finding nothing.
Can a charter bus or party bus travel from Auburn to other Alabama cities?
Absolutely. The network serves multi-city routes throughout Alabama and into neighboring states. Common Auburn-originating runs include Auburn to Talladega Superspeedway for NASCAR weekends (~85 miles via I-20), Auburn to Birmingham for concerts or corporate events (~120 miles via I-20), and Auburn to Montgomery for sporting events or government functions (~55 miles via US-80 or I-85).
For dedicated guides on those routes, the Talladega Superspeedway bus rental guide and Mercedes-Benz Stadium guide are solid starting points.
How far in advance should I book?
For standard Auburn events — birthday parties, bar crawls, corporate shuttles on non-game dates — 3–6 weeks of lead time is workable. For Auburn football Saturdays, graduation weekend, prom season, and Iron Bowl weekend, 3–6 months is the real target. Those aren't arbitrary suggestions — they reflect when vehicle inventory in the Auburn-area network genuinely runs low.
Booking early also locks in the vehicle type and pricing you want; waiting until a month before a high-demand Saturday means comparing whatever's left, not what's ideal. Call 334-931-0130 right now if your date is on the fall football calendar.
Popular Auburn Party Bus Destinations
Auburn and the surrounding Lee County region have more going on than a first-timer might expect. Here are six of the most popular group transportation destinations in the area — with the logistics that actually matter for your trip.

Jordan-Hare Stadium
Jordan-Hare Stadium (251 S. Donahue Dr., Auburn, AL 36849) seats 88,043 — one of the largest stadiums in college football — and on game day, the entire Auburn University campus becomes a parking and traffic management operation. South College Street, Wire Road, and Donahue Drive all experience significant congestion starting 4–5 hours before kickoff for marquee matchups. The official athletics parking program fills premium lots early, and general public lots require advance purchase.
Rideshare pickup after the game stacks up in designated app-based zones that can mean 20–30 minute waits when 87,000+ people exit at once. A charter bus drops the group at the commercial vehicle area, stages during the game, and loads everyone immediately after — no app queue, no surge pricing, no hunting for the car at midnight. Check the official Auburn Athletics parking page before your visit.
Phone: (334) 844-4750

Neville Arena
Neville Arena (formerly Auburn Arena; 250 Beard-Eaves Court, Auburn, AL 36830) holds approximately 9,121 for basketball and hosts Auburn Tigers men's and women's games as well as select concerts and events. It sits directly adjacent to Jordan-Hare Stadium, which means on event nights the parking situation around the arena mirrors the broader athletics campus footprint — lots that seem available on a random Tuesday disappear fast on a sold-out Friday. Rideshare availability after major events is compressed because most of the pickup demand concentrates in the same small geography around Donahue Drive.
A party bus or minibus drops the group curbside and eliminates the post-event scramble. Address: 250 Beard-Eaves Court, Auburn, AL 36830. Phone: (334) 844-9839

Toomer's Corner
Toomer's Corner — the intersection of College Street and Magnolia Avenue in downtown Auburn — is the city's social and cultural center. The surrounding block hosts several of Auburn's most popular bars and restaurants, and the entire strip functions as a pedestrian-priority zone on busy weekend nights. Street parking along College Street is metered and fills early on Friday and Saturday evenings; the closest surface lots require a short walk and fill similarly.
A party bus stages on adjacent side streets while your group moves through the bar corridor, eliminating the need to find parking at each stop and giving everyone a confirmed ride home at the end of the night instead of waiting in a fractured rideshare queue after last call. Location: College St. & Magnolia Ave., Auburn, AL 36830

Grand National Golf Course — Robert Trent Jones Golf Trail
Grand National Golf Course (3000 Robert Trent Jones Trl, Opelika, AL 36801) is one of 11 sites on Alabama's Robert Trent Jones Golf Trail and features 54 holes across three courses — Links, Lake, and Short — spread across 600 acres along Lake Saugahatchee. It's about 10 miles east of downtown Auburn via US-280, a straightforward drive that becomes a coordination problem when a corporate outing or golf bachelor party involves 12–24 players who all drove separately. A minibus shuttles the full group from Auburn hotels to the course and back — with no one left calculating who's sober enough to navigate US-280 after the 19th hole.
Phone: (334) 749-9042. Check the official Grand National page for tee time booking and course conditions.

Tuskegee Airmen National Historic Site
Tuskegee Airmen National Historic Site (1616 Chappie James Ave., Tuskegee, AL 36083) preserves Moton Field, where the Tuskegee Airmen trained during World War II. The site is administered by the National Park Service and sits approximately 30 miles southwest of Auburn via US-80. Admission to the grounds and museum is free.
For school groups and corporate tours, a charter bus handles the run efficiently — onboard restrooms on select vehicles means no pit stops on US-80, and undercarriage storage handles whatever gear the group brings. The site can accommodate large vehicles in its lot area, but advance coordination with the park is recommended for groups above 30. Phone: (334) 727-1247.
Review current visiting information on the official NPS page before your trip.

Talladega Superspeedway
Talladega Superspeedway (3366 Speedway Blvd, Lincoln, AL 35096) sits about 85 miles northwest of Auburn via I-20 and hosts two major NASCAR weekends each year — the GEICO 500 in the spring and the YellaWood 500 in the fall. On race weekends, I-20 westbound from the Auburn-Oxford corridor to the Talladega exit becomes a crawl, and infield camping plus general admission traffic means the speedway environs are completely congested for hours on either side of the green flag. A charter bus handles the Auburn-to-Talladega run as one coordinated trip, drops the group at the designated commercial vehicle area, and eliminates the post-race I-20 parking lot that everyone driving themselves sits in for two hours after the checkered flag.
Read the dedicated Talladega Superspeedway bus rental guide for full logistics. Phone: (877) 462-3342
